Welcome to Caffeine and Chaos Designs!
We always strive to provide quality products and great customer service. If you receive a product that you are not completely satisfied with, we want to know. Since most of our products are custom made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do however want you to love your order so please contact us with any issues. 

Custom/Personalized Orders- All personalization must be written in the box at the time of purchase they way you want it to appear on the item. Please ensure that the spelling is correct. Orders will be completed based on what is typed and will not be refunded for errors not made on our part.

Damaged in Transit- If you receive an item that arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the item, shipping label and packaging the item arrived in. Contact must be made with Caffeine and Chaos within 48 hours of the shipping service marked as delivered or no action will be taken. Once we have been alerted of the issue and received the pictures, we will send a new item to you within 3 business days.

Lost in Transit- If an item is lost by the parcel service, we will do our best to assist you in locating the package but issues may occur that we have no control over. If a package is missing but the tracking information indicates it was delivered, please contact your local post office.

Shipping Times- Please note that once your order is received by the parcel service, we are not responsible for delivery times. As long as the item was shipped within our promised window, no refunds will be issued for shipping.

Wrong Address- We are not responsible for an item shipped to an incorrect address if that address was the address provided at checkout

Shipping & Insurance Policy

Our current processing time is between 3-10 business day but may vary. Please check our home page for the most up to date information on shipping windows. 

Optional Insurance- Caffeine and Chaos Designs is NOT responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit; therefore it is highly recommended that you add additional shipping insurance to your orders especially for orders over $50. 

Local Pickup- If you live in the Central Florida area, we would be happy to arrange for you to pick your order up in Winter Springs and avoid shipping charges. During checkout choose “Local pickup” under shipping options. After your order is placed we will send you an email advising the when your order is available for pick up.

Contests, Prizes & Raffles

 Anyone who wins a prize, raffle or contest offered by Caffeine and Chaos Designs has thirty days to claim their prize from the date of the event entered or date of the drawing. The winner is responsible for picking up their prize or may choose to have it shipped to their residence at their cost. After 30 days, all prizes are forfeited.


Gift Services:

If your purchase is a gift and is being shipped directly to the recipient, please let us know in the comment section. We will include a personalized message and a packing slip without the price. Gift wrap is available here:
