Baby Bottoms Boutique guarantees all INSURED packages only! Please contact us if you purchased insurance and have not received your package within 30 days after receiving shipment confirmation. If you purchase shipping insurance, please select USPS as your shipping carrier.
Select the amount of insurance you desire based on the value of the merchandise purchased, for example if you order $53 in merchandise, than select the insurance rate of $2.30.

We are NOT responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. All of our packages are sent with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered" by the shipping service, the package is not replaceable. If you do not select USPS as the carrier with shipping insurance and there is a price difference you will be invoiced and payment must be received before the shipment is sent.Thank you for understanding.
